By placing an order with AYN, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please make sure that all order details, including your shipping address and contact information, are correct before completing your purchase.
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
During busy periods, product launches, restocks, holidays, promotional campaigns, or limited releases, processing times may be longer than usual. We always do our best to ship orders as quickly and carefully as possible.
2. Shipping Destinations
At this time, we ship worldwide.
Available shipping options, delivery times, and shipping costs may vary depending on your destination and will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.
We may offer free standard shipping on eligible orders, depending on your location, order value, or active promotions. Express shipping or premium delivery options may be available at an additional cost.
Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown before payment.
4. Delivery Options

The available delivery methods may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, and the items included in your order.
5. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout or in your shipping confirmation email.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, high-volume periods, or incorrect delivery information.
AYN is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control. However, if your order is delayed, we will do our best to assist you.
6. Track & Trace
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Track & Trace information, where available.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking updates and ensure the package can be received or collected on time.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to collect the package from a pick-up point, we may charge additional shipping costs to resend the order.
AYN is not responsible for packages delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly by the customer.
8. International Orders, Customs & Import Fees
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by your local authorities.
These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
AYN is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
9. Product Launches, Pre-Orders & Limited Releases
Some products may be released as limited drops, pre-orders, exclusive launches, or special collections.
If your order contains a pre-order item or an item with a later shipping date, your order may be shipped once all items are available, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders or limited releases are always estimates and may be subject to change due to production, supplier, or logistics delays.
10. Split Shipments
In some cases, we may ship your order in multiple packages. This can happen when items are shipped from different locations, when products become available at different times, or when it helps deliver your order faster.
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
11. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, repair, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation and applicable consumer rights.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
12. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the item or items you would like to return.
Returned items must be in a suitable condition. This means:
- Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, free from stains, odours, make-up, perfume, or signs of use.
- Tags and labels should still be attached where applicable.
- Fragrances, beauty products, grooming products, and personal care items must be unopened, unused, and sealed where applicable.
- Accessories must be unused and returned with all original parts where applicable.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible.
You may inspect an item as you would in a physical store. However, if an item has been used more than necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund if the value of the item has decreased.
13. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene, health, safety, or customization reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Opened or used fragrances
- Opened or used beauty, grooming, or personal care products
- Products with a broken hygiene seal
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Items clearly marked as final sale, where legally permitted
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, this exclusion does not affect your legal rights.
14. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method when returning items. AYN is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
15. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, unless agreed otherwise.
Refunds are usually processed within 14 days after your return request has been accepted, but we may wait until we have received the returned item or proof that it has been shipped back.
If you return your full order within the withdrawal period, the original standard shipping cost may be refunded where required by law. Any additional costs for express shipping or premium delivery options may not be refunded.
For partial returns, only the returned item or items will be refunded.
16. Exchanges
At this time, we may not always be able to offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, product, or scent, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once your return has been approved.
17. Unclaimed or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was refused, not collected, or could not be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information, we will contact you to arrange the next steps.
Additional shipping costs may apply if you want the order to be resent.
If you choose not to have the order resent, the refund may exclude shipping costs and any costs charged to us by the carrier, where legally permitted.

We carefully pack every order to make sure it arrives in good condition. We expect customers to provide accurate information, receive or collect packages on time, and contact us promptly if an issue occurs.
We handle every order with care, fairness, and respect, and we expect all communication with our team to remain respectful.
